It is hand dyed in small batches in-house, with blue cabbage as the base and overprinted using with orange and onion peels, buckhorn, St Johns worth, spirulina and logwood chips. The outcome is a one-of-a-kind print. Expect unique colour and print variation.

The colour is derived from various plants and food waste and dyed in-house, with each season bringing a different version of that natural dye. The materials have been taken through careful preparation processes: mordanting, dye bath preparation, soaking in the dye bath and washing a certain number of times. Dye preparation is a sacred, sensitive, and respectful process throughout.
